During your continued coaching with Hannah, you'll experience: -2 weeks of daily fitness plans catered to your favorite exercises + fitness needs with new moves + research incorporated each week -4 one-on-one coaching sessions so that you understand WHY we have you exercising the way we do, and the opportunity to dive deeper into your health concerns for prevention or symptom reduction You will have the opportunity to renew your coaching program every 6 weeks for as long as you feel you're benefitting from our experts' opinions with a guaranteed spot in our availability.
